As a small rental landlord, I can see the benefits of RA Housing as a tool when renting to potential tenants. It would help the landlord to weed out the potential tenants based on ratings from previous landlords. Of course, this does not replace other methods of obtaining references, including follow up phone calls and emails with previous landlords/superintendents, and employers. Although RA Housing is currently geared to student housing, it has the potential over time to expand beyond student rentals to include rentals to non-students as well.
RA Housing is a user-friendly interface which really facilitates the search of the rental housing, even when you have never rented before! As a student, I always have academic stresses and finding an appropriate house with all suitable facilities under limited price was always been difficult. At least, now I have some idea about various rental situations here in Kingston. Way to go RAH!
As a landlord I think RA Housing is a great resource because the reviews provided by other landlords help me select quality tenants for my property. It's also a good advertising opportunity for me when people who are looking to rent can read the honest reviews posted by my former tenants. Thanks for developing this platform RAH, it's helpful for tenants and landlords alike!
As an international student, I believe that RA Housing can help students in finding a good landlord and a decent apartment within a reasonable price range. In my first experience at Kingston, the landlord made me pay the whole money in advance, and I had to pay it because I couldn’t find a better place to stay but with RA Housing you can find a place along with/without reviews at any time of the year especially when you are new to the city.
Going to a university has always been a very special event for a person. Many of us dream about the adventurousness and the craziness, yet a memorable university life is not completed without a perfect home. Kingston as being a student town, a platform is more than necessary for students to share their housing experiences with each other. Therefore, I am more than pleased to recommend RA Housing. Not only that it provides students with the opportunities to share their feelings and comments with their fellows, it is also a valid tool for students to communicate with landlords. RA Housing is exactly the platform needed for all Queen's Students!
RA Housing (RAH) allows landlords and tenants to review each other. From the tenant's point of view, RAH provides the necessary information to guide them which room should be their preference, whether the landlords are friendly, the room is OK, etc. From the landlord's point of view, it provides them tenant's behavior and avoids the bad tenant's selection. Additionally, it is free for students to use which is very considerate. Lastly, the interface is elegant and well designed! If you want to know where to live or whom you should rent the room to, RA Housing should be your choice!
RA Housing (RAH) allows landlords and tenants to review each other. The website is beautifully organized and user-friendly. I love this service because it facilitates the fair relationship between landlords and tenants which helps to grow the healthier competition. The cost of housing is a big portion of the living expense. Having access to a reasonable market for the accommodation is the basis of the wellness. RAH is a social innovation which realizes the happier community where both good tenants and good landlords get the best benefit.
My favorite thing about RA Housing is that I can trust this service. I have been moving many times, and it's always a really big issue to find a good landlord. By "good" I obviously mean "not-too-expensive", but not just that. What is more important to me is to have a reliable, honest landlord who has nothing to hide about their property. I love how the review process is organized on the RAH platform. It is transparent and clear. I also like the approachable format of the site. Thanks, RAH guys!

With the help of RA Housing, students like me are able to find a home away from home with a reasonable price. RAH not only provides so much info about housing situation, but also builds an effective communication platform between students and landlords!
RA Housing is a useful tool for landlords and tenants to deal with the stressful task of finding new place to live. As a student, whenever you are looking for a new place, the lack of information regarding for those may turn down opportunities that may pass by you. Using RAH is a simple and amiable solution for this. If you have testimonials from another tenant, you may be way more comfortable and knowing the reality of the house or apartment that you may be interested in. This is a fantastic tool to enable future tenants to surpass this distressful situation and have an ecstatic life after!
A good news for first year who don’t know much about Kingston. The site is like Yelp for houses. Informations are easy to grab and you can read comments of other users. I used to pay rent by cash in Second year but I was lucky to met quite nice landlord. What if his a fraud? Then I will have to deal with court, which no one wants it. We students have little time and little money, don’t let a bad place ruin a school year. See informations, talk to landlord and paying for rent made easy. This site allows users to transit money through a third party, with online banking there’s clear record. Wish the site get more user so everyone are aware that credibility is everything, be nicer tenants and nicer landlords because people will talk about it here.
RAH strikes me with their professionalism and I am very impressed with how they continuously strive to create an interface that is user-friendly for us students. They're always coming up with stunning and easy-to-use features. More importantly than the web-site's ease of use, their scoring system gives me peace of mind that I will be able to find a responsible and reliable landlord, and that is something I cannot put a price on.
