  • Benefits
  • Publish your listing(s) among tenants (i.e. students).
  • Each listing can be edited at any time prior to its expiry time.
  • Upload unlimited listing images.
  • Easy connect via RAH chat system.
  • Get history check of potential tenant(s) for free if it exists on RAH.
  • Post tenant's housing recommendation(s) and help other housing providers.
  • Sign/Collect your lease documents.
  • Manage listing view appointments.
  • Get regular housing news feed.
  • Conditions
  • Post a maximum of 10 listings within 3 months period starting from the time of your successful payment.
  • Each listing is valid for three months only.
  • If you reach your maximum listings limit before 3 months completion period, you will still have access to all other services.
  • RAH will overwrite your previous membership if it exists. Meaning, if your membership has either expired or has not enough listings remaining, then the new service will act right away with no addition.

    HST/GST/QST not included in the above mentioned price.
    Once the payment is accepted, there is no refund.
