Student-tenant accounts are verified automatically through their university email ID. Only housing providers need to verify their account.
In order to successfully setup your RAH housing provider account, you will need to provide the following information:
Property Address Social Security number (SIN) A valid bank details
We require identification to confirm that you are a representative of the business for which you are registering for. If you represent a Canadian business and do not feel comfortable providing your SIN / NAS, we are happy to take another form of government-issued identification.
As a verified housing provider account, you have the right to report/claim your properties and our team will help you solve it. If the submitted review violates our policy, the system will not publish it. See policies.
Once your listing is published, only student tenant accounts will have access to your profile. Student tenants can send a viewing request via phone, email or RAH chat system. It is advised to all housing providers to keep their contact information updated all the time.
You can’t delete your rental history. If there is a misinformation regarding your rental history, report it to RAH.. If the content violates our policy or it is fraud, the system will remove it immediately.
